I hope you who are joining me on this journey are having fun. From what I gather there are those who are having a tough time of it, just like me, and others who are advanced in their push-up prowess. I did my first week last week (Level 2) and did not think it went so well, so I am repeating the First week this week. Just wondering where you are in your journey? Leave a comment here and let everyone see how you are doing. Peace

I started last Friday with week 1, day 1, in the 3rd column -- a total of 34 pushups. Saturday I could hardly move. Sunday was better, but still sore. So Monday I repeated week 1, day 1 and that went well. I think I'm ready to move all the way up to week 1, day 2.

Like Gayle, I started week 1, day 1 on Friday - it went OK. Yeserday I did week 1, day 2 and within the 5 sets, did 57 pushups. So, everything seems to be going well. We'll see about tomorrow.

I did the initial test - hit level 3. Will do week 1, day 1 tomorrow night. I wish I didn't peak ahead at the later weeks - yikes!
This morning I did w1 d3, I am amazed that I did 68 pushups (through the 5 sets). The last set (5th) where you do the max, I did 20. That's 5 better than my initial test, and came after doing the first 4 sets totaling 48. I am amazed, but like David I looked ahead a few weeks, I'll be even more amazed when (not if - (see Tony be more confident)) I get there.

We started week 1 day 1 on Monday - so today will be day 2. Like the others have said I am not as sore today as I thought I would be. We will keep you informed. AFGG
Week 1 Day 1
Jon -- Level 5 - 42
W -- Level 5 - 11
G -- Level 5 - 16
The kids are having fun with it for their PE requirement. Maybe April will try after the baby comes.
