What did you do this morning?

Well for me, I woke up at a decent hour. I went to the Church to see who was around. I ran into folks working on the Gallup survey, pulling weeds, and liturgical set-up for this weekend. It was busy day. Here are some photos from around the Church.

After the stop by the Church I was off to breakfast with Kelly & Chad Rosamond and their kids. You will remember Kelly and her family from here, here and here. Well while we were in SLC I told Pamela to eat her heart out. So now that the crowd is here, and they know my sister Angela, and we went to My Waffle House...Eat your heart out Angela!

For no particular reason...

...I want one!

BREAKING NEWS

I am a big fan of the Olympics, especially the Opening Ceremonies. Well it looks like someone let the video of the rehearsal out on the internets. If you would like to see it click here, the commentary is in Korean but they video should wet your appetitie for the festivites.

Mom's..

This is a cute video about a good momma dog doing what she does best. Might even bring a tear to your eye, you are forewarned.

Not just because I don't eat meat...

...but this does not seem like a great idea at all. Although I am sure there are many who would think this was heaven. Whadda'ya think?

Wanna have some fun?

It was over four months ago when I asked anyone if they wanted to bet me on some weight loss. I saw this on lifehacker and it sounded kind of fun/interesting. It is not weight loss but it certainly is something that I never thought I could do...but probably could do. So my question is this, does anyone want to join me in this? If you have the guts to join me, let me know by leaving your name and your comitment in the comments. If you would like let me know how many pushups you did in your initial test, then do that as well. If I get five people to join me on this, I will reveal how many I was able to do in my first test.

UPDATE: So I brought this post back up to the front of things to let you know that right now Rob S. and I are the only people signed on to this. I did a whopping 10 push-ups in my test. I have done one day of the first week and my arms/chest are killing me. I can't believe how many I did in that first workout, but I am sure it will get easier. I have been told by Deacon Gayle and Craig Evans that they are going to join in. Sure would be good if we could find one more to join in the fun. So???

UPDATE II: Okie-dokie, we now have Rob S., Deacon Gayle, Tony (my brother), and yours truly signed up and we are off...lets see what happens in six weeks. BTW there is still room for more to participate just let me know. Peace

Ever felt like this???

Ever feel like you are just kinda flying through the store as you shop? Well not exactly like this but you get this gist of it. Enjoy...

Swimming

This is from the 2000 Olympic Games, but I just found it today. Bad luck for the guys with the false start...but I think I could have beaten Eric the Eel from Equatorial Guinea.
